5 Keto Snacks that will actually keep you full.

Just because you’re on a diet plan doesn’t mean you need to starve.  Being on a diet means learning what your body needs and how to best provide for it.  And most of the time your body needs a snack between meals to keep your energy going.  Here are our 5 favorite low carb, Keto friendly snacks that will get you through the day.

1. Avocado - with a dash of salt or Tabasco
2. Deli Roll Ups - roll up some salami or turkey mean with provolone or mozzarella
3. Hard Boil Eggs - with a pinch of salt
4. Homemade Kale Chips - Kale, olive oil, dash of salt.  Bake for about 20 min. at 350 degrees
5. Protein Shake - blend together almond milk, coconut oil, chocolate protein powder, peanut butter
