Many of us have known for years that berries were good for us.  They are high in antioxidants and fight free radicals.  Now, a study published in the Journal of Nutrition indicated that a daily dose of blueberries may increase sensitivity to insulin and reduce developing diabetes. Ingredients 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk 1 packet Turmeric Latte Mix 1 tbsp coconut oil or ghee raw honey or stevia to taste dusting of cinnamon Directions Gently warm almond or coconut milk in a small saucepan.
